KCCA has decided to partially accept real-time video classes for members of
domestic and foreign associations who are having a lot of difficulty in taking
classes due to the long-term Covid-19. The contents of the decision are as follows.

1. Basically, real-time video is limited to overseas countries where difficult to leave the country.
Real-time online classes are available from overseas to overseas or from Korea to overseas,
face-to-face classes are a principle in Korea.


2. Please invite the association together with the trainee for check the real-time online Zoom class.
Please send invitations to the association email (candlecraft@naver.com) or

Kakao Talk-Plus Friends (add 'kcca' friends).

3. The association provides a paid Zoom ID for free if the instructor wants it,
so please request if necessary. However, if there are many applicants,
time will be allocated in the order of reception, the use time between members can be adjusted.


4. If you use the Instructor ID, you must submit a report from the Zoom program by email to confirm
the class time,student participation in the online class for class confirmation.
If you are using the association's official Zoom ID, you do not need to submit a report.
Please refer to the attached file for how to submit the report.


5. If difficult to submit the report in Paragraph 4, please take a screenshot or take a picture of
each real-time class and send it by e-mail.
The capture or photo file must show the faces of the students and instructors,
as well as the computer date and time.


6. Classes are based on real-time log-in status with Zoom,
classes sent as recorded video files are not accepted.
Only live classes in which the instructor and trainee participate together are accepted.

장기적인 Covid-19로 수강에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 국내외 협회 회원을 위하여
실시간 동영상 수업을 부분적으로 수용하기로 협회에서 의결하였습니다.
의결 내용은 다음과 같습니다.

1. 기본적으로 실시간 동영상은 출국이 어려운 해외에 한정합니다.
해외에서 해외로 또는 국내에서 해외로 실시간 온라인 수업이 가능하며
국내에서는 대면 수업을 원칙으로 하고 있습니다.


2. 실시간 온라인 Zoom 수업시 기록을 위해 해당 수강생과 함께 협회를 초대해 주시기 바랍니다.
초대는 협회 이메일(candlecraft@naver.com)이나 카카오톡 플러스친구(‘kcca‘ 친구추가)로 보내 주세요.


3. 협회는 강사가 원할경우 유료 Zoom ID를 무상으로 제공하고 있으니 필요한 경우 요청하세요.
다만 신청자가 많은 경우 접수 순서로 시간이 배정되며 회원간 사용시간을 조정할 수 있습니다.


4. 강사 ID를 사용할 경우 수업 확인을 위해 수업시간과 수강생의 온라인 수업참여를
확인할 수 있는 Zoom 프로그램의 보고서를 이메일로 제출하여야 합니다.
협회의 공식 Zoom ID를 사용할 경우 보고서 제출은 하지 않아도 됩니다.
보고서 제출 방법은 첨부된 파일을 참고하세요.


5. 4항의 보고서 제출이 어려운 경우는 매 회차 실시간 수업의 화면을 캡쳐 또는
사진촬영하여 이메일로 보내주세요. 캡쳐 또는 사진 파일에는
수강생과 강사의 얼굴, 컴퓨터 날짜와 시간이 보여야 합니다.


6. 수업은 Zoom으로 로그인 상태의 실시간 기준이며 녹화된 동영상 파일로 보내는 수업은 인정하지 않습니다.
강사와 수강생이 함께 참여하는 실시간 수업만을 인정합니다.
